Listwa Tjwizin

“Food Stories” is a series of three mini-documentaries, each focused on a specific aspect of Saint Lucian cuisine.

While each episode features the recipe and method to make one local dish, these are not instructional videos. Rather, the focus is on narratives of family, community, history, and culture told while cooking featured dishes. Listwa Tjwizin is a cultural storytelling project rooted in history, local cuisine, community, memory and sustainability.

The episodes examine the origins of popular local foods, highlighting their cultural significance to individuals, families, and communities.
